Important!
Always remember to stretch your muscles out before AND after you work out!! When you work out your calves you might find that your Achilles heel (the little muscle at the bottom of your calf) starts to hurt or tense up.This is natural -especially when you’re just starting- but it’s good to relax the muscle so it doesn’t strain.
An easy fix is to take off your shoes, and stretch...

Toe Ups
A fast way to strengthen and tone your calves (that muscle on the back of your lower leg) is to go up and down on the balls of your toes. Sounds easy enough, but you’ll definitely feel the burn!!
